Does the Free plan include plan extraction?
No. The Free plan is a manual takeoff workspace — 2 projects per month, manual measurements, and 100MB of storage. It does not include plan extraction. To run an extraction, buy a Project Pass ($199 one-off — one project with Pro-level features, up to 150 plan pages, valid 60 days) or subscribe to Professional.
How does the project limit work?
A project is counted when you create it and upload plans. You can edit, review, and export that project as many times as you need within the month. Limits reset at the start of your billing cycle.
Do I need to pay for tokens or credits?
No. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your monthly subscription covers extraction within your plan’s allowance — 1,200 plan pages/mo on Professional — with no hidden fees or confusing token systems. On Free, plan extraction is not included at all; the Project Pass covers one project outright.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new features and project limits are available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you charge per user?
No. Professional is one flat account price covering up to 5 team members — adding a colleague does not change what you pay, and there are no per-seat fees. Enterprise removes the cap, with unlimited seats scoped to your active developments.
What happens if I need more projects a month?
