How does the project limit work?
A project is counted when you create it and upload plans. You can edit, review, and export that project as many times as you need within the month. Limits reset at the start of your billing cycle.
Do I need to pay for AI tokens or credits?
No. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Your monthly subscription covers standard AI processing within your plan’s allowance — 1,200 AI pages/mo on Professional — with no hidden fees or confusing token systems. On Free, AI extraction is not included at all; the Project Pass covers one project outright.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
