Pillarworks never supplies or invents prices. You load your own rate schedule — CSV import or manual entry — and the platform applies it deterministically: exact cost-code match first, with units required to agree, then category plus unit. Every priced line records which rule priced it, and anything unmatched stays visibly unpriced until you complete it. Your BOQ is priced by your business, not by an AI's guess.
